ACTA Explained: SOPA on Steroids?

This is probably one of the most insidious treaties being foisted on the world by the corporations in the United States. It is being done in secret and was not developed by elected representatives but by corporate lobbyists who have little understanding of the internet and who stand to make billions by its implementation. It is worse than SOPA and despite the uprising against SOPA, this has been done without any publicity. No wonder they dropped SOPA so fast, they had ACTA already to go.
